There is no shortage of respect for players and I do believe that this thread is likely to be locked within the next 24 hours. Staff do respect the players and try their best to remove the hackers from the sever. You seeing them getting kicked is the anti-cheat kicking them from the server, because a staff WILL ban them if they see them cheating in game. It is clear that the anti-cheat is a problem yes, but it is not just an issue on MCC. Other servers have this same issue. I understand your anger and what you may see, but the reality is that staff put in a lot more time and dedication than you might think.

 

There is most definitely an anticheat for flight. Though it doesn’t kick right away, after a player flies for about 4-5 seconds they will get kicked. Trust me, when a staff sees it that has the ability to ban, they will. The punishment is a client modification (severity 3 offense) meaning that they will be BANNED, Not kicked. Thanks for understanding.

I think he may have experienced the glitch where after you hit post it doesn't take you off the page. So upon clicking it again, he posted it twice. This has happened to me a few times but hopefully one of the threads gets deleted so it doesn't spam up the feed in General Discussion.

At this moment of time, I agree the anti-cheat needs some work. However, it has been confirmed that a new anti-cheat is in development so for now we just need to hold tight, rest assured that the developers are working hard to fix the issue: (https://mccentral.org/community/threads/sky-wars-hacker-hub.28936/#post-70403)

There are ways to help improve your experience when you encounter a player that is hacking. A few are:

• Informing staff on discord and tagging them in the #support channel
• Reporting players on the forums (I am aware that your reports were denied, this shows that your evidence was insufficient. Make sure to get clear video evidence and/or screenshots.)
• Get staff on your friends list and directly message them.

You may think that the staff aren't doing their job and aren't banning the hackers. There are multiple factors that you need to take into account, one being time zones. Your timezone may affect which staff are online. Staff members are trying their hardest to provide players with the best possible playing experience, and you need to be aware that these are voluntary Staff Members who are not being paid, and are taking the time out of their day to improve the server.

- Alex & Vislo are working really hard on the new Anti-Cheat, but as you may know they have a lot of things to do. You can record & report hackers on forum.

We actually ban up to around 60+ hackers per day in skywars just from reports. Plus the amount that gets witnessed makes that number even higher. We are working on an AntiCheat as said above, it just takes time and with all other stuff that has to get done. There is only one developer for MCC at the moment and between all recent holidays, things have slowed down but everything should be back up to speed now.

This problem is experienced by ALL servers. If Mojang cared about their game, they would implement a system to stop the alt accounts. (Discord has such a method)
