Gift card problem

    I bought a gift card for in game money, twice for two people. And they did not get them, I would like my money back please

    As PorkChopH3x mentioned, "you need to shoot an email over to [email protected]" he is correct. Also refunds/chargebacks aren't allowed here as it's against the TOS. If you haven't not gotten a email back from [email protected] over a month, please message a admin on our discord server. Thanks!

    Gift cards get emailed to the person who purchased them. So you have to check your email first and manually give them the code.
    If you still did not receive them, do the following above ^
