hhello hello! yes you can, although english is the primary language of this server, there have been staff that have gotten staff position knowing other languages... and since you created this post in english, i'm assuming you know at least a little bit..
if worst comes to worst, there are minecraft add-on translators than can translate text into your primary language....
hopefully this answers your question, but i'd say maybe contact a staff member on apps team, via discord and talk it out from there :)
