On all subservers where Melon or Pumpkin is the eco make it that you cant break pumpkin or melon stalks with a axe but you can with other tools/fist. My Melon farm on skyblock gets messed up a lot so i think this will be helpful. - Delto
Hellonya! What you're proposing sounds a little extra and I don't think it's needed right now. If you keep breaking your stalks, try putting slabs over them. Slabs help protect the stalks really well. A technique I use for breaking melons is to never move my mouse when I break them, but alternate A and D to move me while holding W sprint. Byenya!
Heynya! They will help if you don't move your mouse! Just hold left click and sprint forward while alternating A and D.
