Removal of Protection V(5) Gear

Heyo I completely disagree. P5 gear is fun, and more valuable. If everything was p4 then fights wouldn't matter or have something on the line. People in p4 can often kill a person in p5 if that person in p4 is better than the p5 player. for instance p5 has a -40% damage rate from p4. So if the p4 can get 2 hits for every one hit the p5 gets, then the lower geared better pvper is slightly winning and will be able to kill that p5 person.

P5 is obtained through keys so it might seem p2w but it gives the gear a value p4 is obtained through kits and is not valued very high by ranked players. If everyone was p4 then ranked players get frustrated because it seems like there kit isn't doing anything if everyone else is in the same gear they are. Ranked players want to be in better gear so p5 is int he game. p5 is nto a bad thing at all, and it contributes the the eco and happiness of the playerbase.

You need to specify what sub this is for, but regardless of what sub it is I am still -1 as you can obtain op pieces without paying through trading or events, and it is quite a good incentive for donating as well. While it is certainly an advantage in the 1v1, it is one that is worked hard for outside of PVP and you can always of course team on them / be notably better to still win the fight. I also agree with xStrafings when the value is mentioned, the advantage of P5 also comes with the risk that it is not so easy to come across again, whereas p4 is pretty dispensable (I think the sub does not matter in relation to this) and it is quite fun to use as well. Maybe if the server had protection 6, s7, p7 like some other servers I know which makes p4 basically useless I would very much agree with you, but I think 1 level higher is a perfect balance of custom gameplay without invalidating vanilla. -1 regardless of sub
