Hello fellow minecraftians and what not It is me, Turtle!! So recently I’ve been noticing that players want to get in contact with staff, so I thought I would make a thread to help those players. Below are reasons how to reach out to a staff member! 1. Forums Now I wouldn’t recommend making a whole entire thread just asking for a staff member. What I would do is if you have an account, message them on there wall. Most staff have it open but a few do not (don’t want to be spammed). I would just leave them a message (preferably not long) just saying to meet up to discuss. 2. Discord Now I know that a lot of staff are very active on discord and it doesn’t take long for them to respond if you private message them or in general chat. I have learned that most admins and both Vislo and Alex do NOT like to be pinged on discord. I don’t know about the other staff but I’m sure some of them can be contacted. 3. In game (probably most important) Well, this is (for some) the hardest way to get in touch with a staff member. I have a few tips, but before I do that this is mainly to get in touch with helpers and mods as sr mods and admins usually are in /v. I would say in the lobby “ Any staff online atm? I would like to discuss something.” If that doesn’t work I would go to the different sub servers and try the same thing. 4.Extra/Conclusion Now if you are banned or muted, obviously you can’t get in touch with a staff member in game, I would definitely do options 1 or 2. I feel as if the best way to reach them is discord dms because the dm is instant and if the staff member you dmed isn't on the "Do not disturb" status then they would get a notification.
Hey, I agree I think that discord would be the best way to contact staff. Most people have discord downloaded on their phones and are able to respond that way. You probably won’t get a fast reply if you spam them because that’s rude no matter who you message but yeah discord is #1 ~Micro
Best way is to use the MCC discord and @staffmember but don't spam it, also add a little explanation as to what you need.
Yep this is spot on! I just want to let anyone know staff are very kind and super easy to reach! In my option discord is the easiest way to get staff within seconds!
You've got almost everything, however you forgot to mention friends. If you want a quick way to contact staff members, it would be best to get as many as possible on your /friends list, so that you can shoot them a quick /msgf whenever you need help with something. I'd suggest editing this into the OP.
Agreed. I always use Discord if I ever have a problem, it really is the most effective because it has push notifications, alerts and categorized channels based on your needs.
Hey, If anyone wants to contact a staff member, I would definitely recommend discord. Usually if you want a really fast reply, try PM-ing a staff who is online at the moment. I think that this is the fastest way to contact a staff member especially if you are muted/banned.
Thank you this thread is useful for those who have no Idea how to get in contact with Staff I feel as the most important point in this one was Discord, Discord is the easiest way of getting in contact with staff members as all staff are in the MCC Community Discord although some staff members may not be online on discord or may be on do not disturb there are always some staff members who are online and see your message right away I feel as you should of given people the link to join the discord server as some people might not know it even though it's literally in the top menu of these forums anyways thank u
discord is the best way to get staff in my opinion. especially on the mccentral discord. I find that they respond within a few mins
Hi! Just like everyone else said, discord is the number one recommended way of contacting a staff member when need. You have the #support chat and you have the Support Waiting Room. Also, you can PM a staff member who is online at the moment. This guide is great! Good Job! Have a wonderful day!
That's not true, some staff are just not available at that time. (Timezone) There are always staff that are online but you aren't PMing them then. As a staff, we do our best to provide the best support to the community. Hello, Discord has become part of MCC communication from late 2017 and becoming more focused area to contact staff. As a staff, we read our PMs ASAP to give the best support. We are also in game but mainly helping out others meaning that we are extremely busy in the game. You didn't mention this but you can also join guild that has staff. You can /gc to talk to them anytime you want. If you aren't in the MCC discord, the link is down below and you can always PM me if you want. There are many ways to contact us but mainly discord would be the fastest.
