problem with rank upgrade

    I tried upgrading my rank from gold to lapis but nothing seems to have changed. I bought keys and I have them but my rank didn't change, help! ign: boxer83

    before anything, i'd suggest waiting 15min after purchasing relogging or restarting your game.. if that doesnt work, then...
    for donation issues, email: [email protected]
    be sure to include your ign, the item u purchased (duh), date purchased (or estimated date), transaction code, and email you used to buy the item, and the situation youre in
