I Bought All Effects Pack 12 Effects Last July And I Have A Issue With The Smoke Effect For Me Its Red But For My Friend Its Rainbow I Dont Understand Why Mine Is Not Rainbow I Mean I Know You Might Think Its Something Silly To Complain About But, When I Pay For Something With MY REAL MONEY I Get Pissed If Its Not Perfect And Believe Me This Is Pissing Me Off.
hello! possibly, it could be texture pack thing. i’m not completely sure what you mean w/o screenshots or visuals of what u mean o.O but overall, most people have particles turned off so i wouldn’t sweat too much about it. the smoke and snow effect are white (default). but this doesn’t seem like a “donation issue” so i wouldn’t email the donation support email hope this helped or smth have a great day ~puposaurus

there’s no point in filling out a complaint. when you buy particles, it gives a preview of all the effects. none of them are rainbow. my guess would be that it’s a texture pack thing.
Try removing all resource packs and turning the particles to "All" in settings and try again with your friend. I also suggest you to take a screenshot of what you and your friend are seeing and send them to us! Have a nice day/night! -Dayks

The smoke effect as seen in Buycraft is only red. If your friend sees it in rainbow, they are either lying or have a resource pack. Not an issue - Locked
