Coal and Gold Rank

I disagree with this, this should be given to higher ranks. However, I think this should be added to Lapis+ as I feel like Diamond rank is way too high of a rank for color chat. Doing this might reduce the sales of ranks though, it's really up to the Admin team to make this choice.

Unfortunately, whether I agree or disagree, this has a 99% likelihood of NOT happening. On each sub-server, the respective rank you purchase receives 2 perks. If colored chat were to be moved all the way down to Coal or Gold, the entire reward system for perk purchases would have to be arranged. Perms would have to be edited, signs would have to be changed at every single spawn, and the website would have to be changed wherever it tells you the perks you would receive for purchasing said rank. Not to mention, colored chat is used heavily for advertising and makes players a LOT of money, because players are much more likely to go to an advertised place with bright bold colors rather than regular chat. In addition, this would be abused in chat and colored chat would be much more common. Any donor could type with bold and color, therefore filling the chat. Diamond+ sets it up to a much fewer select people, and usually limits it to those who are very dedicated to the server. Rarely do you see somebody donate $35+ on a server that they do not main on.
