On survival plots, fishing rods don't work for me. I'd like to know if there are any specifics that you need to fish? I wanted to complete the weekly challenge, but my fishing rod won't work.
Try switching versions, certain versions don’t allow fishing on MCC for an unknown reason. If you want to know the rates of fishing they are as follows; Fish: 60% Salmon: 25% Clownfish: 2% Pufferfish: 13% This means in terms of chances of catching anything (including treasure, junk etc) , the chances are: Fish: 85 x 0.6 = 51% Salmon: 85 x 0.25 = 21.25% Clownfish: 85 x 0.02 = 1.7% Pufferfish: 85 x 0.13 = 11.05% Hopefully this helps, Have a wonderful day!
I play on 1.8 or 1.8.9 as the server runs on 1.8.9 and fishing works fine for me. I would recommend either of those. No worries, Have a lovely day fishing ;)
