Hi, quick question. What's the difference in a factions staff and a helper on the server? Are you only allowed to help and catch hackers on factions if you're a factions staff or the whole server? As a helper do you get to help every game mode including factions in the server? Just need clarity before I make my application. Thanks. -R3p0
Faction staff member only focus on Factions and no other subservers really. This also means they only know all the rules of factions and all their requirements are Factions based. They don't have any other permissions than regular staff member though. As normal helper you also have to do some faction minutes but not as much as the Faction staff members. As Faction staff you're still allowed to ban and mute players all around the server but you probably won't see them that much in subserves like creative compared to regular staff
Hello! Helper and Faction staff are two staff ranks, their both job is to help, factions Staff get their permissions/abilities globally, they both have the same permissions as helper, and both job isn't to catch hackers. Helper: "Helpers main goal is to moderate in-game chat and assist users with any questions they may have. This should be done responsibly and in a mature way at all times. All members of the staff represent the staff team, this includes in-game, on the forums, Discord, and any other areas in which you may be of representation." (Helper must play on all servers for their minutes) Faction: "Faction staff are fully dedicated to Factions. Compared to regular staff, they only need to do their minutes on Factions and have access to issue faction warnings and deal with other faction issues. They still have access to the same commands and have to do the same amount of minutes except only on Factions." Conclusion: Faction staff must own high knowledge on factions, its just some helpers doesn't know much about factions, while faction staff has to know most of the info. ~Thanks!
