Toggle Broadcast Not Working

I recently purchased a new rank on the server that broadcasts my username upon joining. Of course, I had done my research prior to this purchase and was informed by many players and threads that I could just type /togglebroadcast. I would not have bought this rank if there wasn't a command for this.

Well, the command is not working for me. I've tried it in the lobby, in the sub-servers; zero, zip, nada. If somebody could please tell me how to use this feature, I'd be very happy. Thank you.
