Post a problem or bug about mcc you dont like and needs to be fixed, for example: if you wanna be a staff, you need discord! Thats not fair for the people who cant have discord and what if they make an amazing staff, theres other ways to communicate with people, like ig thats another way, i think they should add a private part of the server that lets a staff and a person trying to apply talk privatly to see if they get the role but again this is a suggestion and its a problem a few of my friends have said and i feel kinda sad for them! (dont u dare say "lifes not fair deal with it lmfao", cuz other people do feel this way i dont wanna hear it!) What problems to you have with the server?
being staff w/o discord and/or a direct mean of communication with the rest of the staff team and community (that being discord) would be quite hard. its not everyone who uses the forums and, the ones who do are quite inactive or don't use it that frequently in comparison to discord. i don't think it'd even be possible to have a staff member who doesn't use discord. imo the biggest problem atm on mcc is the staff team, as well as the anticheat which is basically inexistent at this point. some staff members don't know half the stuff they're doing, and sometimes make questionable decisions that aren't the most correct ones, as well as that, rule enforcement on some parts of the server coming from these specific staff members is far from appropriate. tl;dr rule enforcement in general and the staff team, and staff w/o discord won't happen
i agree, definately 1 staff, when i appealed, said theyed unmute me in june so i did then they said, no wait, now appeal in july, i dont feel like unmuting u right now so i ended up being mute for 8monthes!
Regarding this, this is quite unprofessional, if this happens with a staff member, you can report them and you can always appeal for an unmute. About the first thing, discord is needed as its one of the best ways of communication with the community, we have the community discord where people who have issues in the server can get in touch with us quite easily, so by not having discord you lose a lot of that, in order to be staff you have to agree to have a discord as you would not only be staff in game but in the discord as well and you have to know the rules of both.
Staff keep making assumptions to keep my friend banned. Those assumptions however, are backed up by both the mentor team and admin team, hence reporting won’t do much. We’ve provided enough evidence to get him unbanned and prove all those assumptions are false, but they still deny all of his appeals/reports (he’s been banned since June 2019)
Unfortunately not much can be done, as you, I have a friend who has been blacklisted since 2018-2019 and I dont believe her blacklist was fair, but as you said nothing much has happened or can happen if the mentor team thinks different about it.
When you hear the word mccentral the other word that comes to your mind is "problems". There are many problems. currently more problems than right thing, but as a player who has good memories here I hope it gets better. Toxicity The mccentral community is toxic, especially the minigames, if you already played at least one game in a minigame where you have pvp, you already realized that at least there will be one person cursing, why? Some words such as "Fuck u, Go fuck yourself, Loser, it's allowed. Also, harassment on /msgf its allowed, so if u wanna be racist, pedo, Theoretically it is allowed since I have already reported many "famous" people to do such things in my / msgf and have not been banned. (ig) In more serious cases, players here in the community already dm people using ip grab and guess what, didnt get ban because it was in the "dms" of the discord No major updates the server settled down over time, one of the biggest servers that minecraft ever had, today is almost forgotten, with about 200-600 playes playing daily, why? There is no big update, even "famous" minigames like skywars and survival games barely fill rooms. Staffs The past of mccentral staff is not very good, there are demotes for unimaginable reasons such as the case of a Sr. Mod who leaked the ip of all Prison players on the server, or a staff who released the account with all permissions to a normal member just because they were friends and wanted to make fun, and I am almost sure that there are many more cases than this, apart from the fact that the staff diverge a lot of opinion, many times you will see a player being mute / banned by a staff and being unbanned / unmuted after that staff talks to other staffs, there aren't rules, are opinions No anticheat in 3 years/Pay to win Yes, LMAO. Leaderboards Mccentral dont have good players. if u search at https://mccentral.org/punishments/ u will see MORE than 80% of the player at top 20 has already been banned Once, Twice, Three ( 9LOL) this happens in all pvp modes, Arena PvP, Survive games, SKYWARS (skywars might is 9/10 lol)... People grind stats with ghost clients/ alts with hacked client and think they are good Reading this maybe it looks like i hate the server so then i might make a post praising some points, but in fact the server has a lot to improve.
