As a 5 year Factions main, I know everything there is to know about that subserver. Why wouldnt someone like me be able to be staff regardless of what I did in the past. I help out rookies learning as much as possible. I was the owner of Ghost, a 1.8 bill f top faction before we stopped. But instead we have 3 factions staff that are inactive as can be. "hypnoticxd, tjester300, and CoolElla." CoolElla doesnt even know how to patch!!! She doesnt know the first thing about factions! interview and ask her about it! The only time tjester is on mccentral is if AvAnis isnt playing Vanity or Archon! I haven't seen hypnoticxd be active on factions in years. Unadvised will answer your question and immediately remove you on discord. Factions isnt supposed to be for fucking snowflakes "cough cough, xPowerz* we shouldnt be able to be muted for stupid shit like player disrespect. It's a toxic subserver, if you're soft go back to skyblock! Now on to other issues... I just got muted on an alt for typing too fast in the middle of a conversation. When asking staff they say "It's just kierenboal's bot" WHEN THE FUCK HAS HE BEEN ON OUTSIDE OF A SUBSERVER RESET! THE MAN IS 47 YEARS OLD GET A FUCKING LIFE AND RESIGN! Dude it is currently 2021 and no attempts have been made at an anticheat. People bhop on staff LMAO! Just fucking buy one. Alex give owner to Unadvised because he knows what the fuck he's doing. You're useless af and none of your community respect you. When I first started this server was popping bruh. We have a solid 120 permanent players and those numbers are dropping fast. Are you kidding me???? Do something! I've spent so much money on this server and so have other people.
Hey Jold, I don't understand? You are angry because you want to be staff, but can't uphold the basic fundamentals of being staff? Look at your punishment history. Its huge. You got perm muted for excessive offenses, duh. It's the 4th time you've been muted for that... You get into arguments and disrespect players constantly... If you're angry that you can't be staff due to being perm muted - clean up your act, apply in 6 months after your perm mute, we only judge upto the last 6 months history; so as per our application guidelines, you are perfectly fine to apply for staff regardless of your history, provided that you have waited at least 6 months since your last Sev3 chat offence. Also, as per your note about the Factions staff - they do a perfectly fine job. They have allocated minutes that they must do each month, they do those minutes, and they do a good job of it; especially when they handle insides. The hours upon hours of effort I see staff put into insides, essentially being like detectives.
They dont know anything about factions dude. Stick to your own forte, you just false muted me on my alt because you're inactive and you use a bot. I dont want to be staff. I was pointing out that the staff we have now are dogshit to say the least. Even you. you've been playing longer than I have and you're 3x anyone on the server's age. Dude just admit when you're fucking wrong and do a punishment clear, get an anticheat, update the server and listen to the community. Your server is going to die by the end of this year if you dont get your act together.

Heya Jold~ I will try to share my thought on the topic you bring up and maybe discuss some of the points you bring up. First, you bring up that the faction staff we have currently aren't very active. As a current Faction staff on another server (won't advertise the server here ) I can say that while the staffs aren't online in faction 24/7 they still do a pretty good job checking out faction ticket, usually, it won't take longer than a few days for them to do your ticket. I check my tickets twice per day but I seldom log on to the server. You also mentioned that Ella can't patch and doesn't know much about faction. While I do shit talks her patching skills on a daily basis I think she can out-patch at least 50% of the faction player base. (I'm pretty sure a ftop faction just discovered what is bread crumb yesterday) After that, you mentioned that MCC got a bad Anti Cheat. I absolutely agree with your point of view. MCC desperately needs an Anti Cheat, this has been discussed and demanded by the community for ages already, I hope there can be something done in the upcoming Mini-game update. You also mentioned that faction is supposed to be a toxic environment which I personally agree on. I do think players shouldn't be muted for player disrespect as faction is supposed to be a competitive environment. I think only faction staff should be allowed to punish faction players as faction is completely different than other sub servers like Survival Plot or Sky Block. Hey Jold , Your mutes/punishments are valid and will be remaining in place.Applying for staff is a long process and only a selected few people get through , and as Kieren said your punishment history won’t be helping your case. ps : I do know how to patch :) - Ella
