i was going through the general threads and within the last week there were 3 threads on hackers... in other threads the staff has said the /report function is not going to be a thing, but maybe there should be some sought of thing like, "if a player has join in last 15 minutes they have a different anticheat which gives out bans" this would stop most of the hackers, ofcourse this would be aloud of work on the admins, alex's and vislo's side but it would really help.

Well, admins don't really do the coding stuff for anything server related, they mostly are around to create the rules, manage staff team, ect. All anticheat issues or ideas would only have to go through alex and vislo. But you might be onto something for a "stricter anticheat" for like the first hour you play on the server or something. Sounds decent but then again, new players would probably be kicked a lot and not wanna come back.

    Hey!
So, I get what you are saying. The Quality Assurance team is working very hard to fix up the Anti-Cheat problems. But with what you said with the different Anti-Cheat for new players, don't you think that if the regular one is broken then that means that a new one wouldn't work either? Plus, if it were implemented, hackers could join for the first time and just wait 15 minutes before playing. Overall, this idea wouldn't work and would be a lot of work on the QA team if they were to add it. Hope this cleared things up!

Kinda think that’s a waste of time to wait 15 minutes to hack on server, they can get manually banned pretty quick.

Wasteful. In my opinion, very wasteful. The owners and/or admins could improve the anti-cheat and put a full focus on it instead of making multiple anti-cheats for different players, in my opinion.

It's not a problem of "Player count", perhaps. It's a problem of the anti-cheat itself not recognizing the hacks. It will get better with time, believe me. There's no need for 2 or 3 anti-cheats.

They just need to buy a good one from devs that know what they are doing.

Even if they did purchase an anticheat, a paid client (such as Vape or Iridium) would release a bypass within six months. It is so easy to bypass the MCCAC, but there are hackers even on Hypixel. You can never 100% control this situation, and you shouldn't try to. I think investing a bit more time and money into the anticheat would be very beneficial, although I would prefer the main focus stay on updating game modes and bringing new content.

Iridium and vape are ghost clients by the way, so that means they inject into your game and they only have modules like autoclicker and reach/misplace, nearly any ghost client bypasses any anticheat, I used to have vape lite and it never has gotten me banned from any server. Tbh nowadays anticheats are just meant for blatant hacks not just just ghost hacks.

well most hackers are blatant, including flying in lobby, there are so many hackers on mcc, hypixel has alot less, they have almost no lagback and there are like no hackers who can fly, i think we should focus on anticheat, 70% of mcc players are on minigames... We NEED TO DO SOMETHING

Did you even read my post? Even if we go all out for a new anticheat it will be literally months before a bypass is developed, and we'll be in the same spot as we are now.

I doubt client developers will be designing cheats around MC Central's anti cheat. They would focus on larger servers as they would have more people using the client on larger server. At this point any anti cheat is better than no anti cheat. As I've already suggested on my own thread, the punishment system needs to be revamped as well.

It's very easy to bypass an anticheat. You must realize that while client devs will not focus on MCC, all these hackers will still flock here. We do have an anticheat, but it's semi-broken due to an update last month.

How and why does the punishment system need to be revamped? Are you suggesting a punishment clear, because an Admin already said that no such event is being talked about as of now.
