Hey there! Today I am here to ask a quick question, which client do you use, why do you use it and what are the advantages of using it? From Good,Average,Bad which one would you recommend to use?
Lunar gives me the best FPS and overall looks so much better than other clients in my opinion. I really love the simplistic design of it and the subtle cosmetics. Would love to see some more mods for chat though, that's one area that Laby does better.
heya, Personally myself and like half the staff team and player base seem to use laby. I use laby because of the cosmetics and the add ons and things. I find it's easy to use and there's loads of customisations. -Nikki
Lunar cause it’s got better hit reg and animations and mods and cosmetics and everything else than any other client, and since I tend to main more “competitive” gamemodes rather than boring ones like survival or creative I use it because it’s got important mods, such as uhc overlays as well as reach display and cps counter. Lunar > badlion > forge > laby
LabyMod is definitely my go-to pick, primarily for the functionality as people have said above me. I love the features and the neat knickknacks I can download for my game (like an ingame name history checker), and the cosmetics are great, too. I have yet to try Lunar, so maybe it'll convert me! Who knows ;)
I'm gonna try my best and rank all the relevant clients from worst to best. I haven't used anything but Lunar for a few months, so they might have some mods that I'm not aware of. Forge: Forge is basically Laby, but without the cosmetics and a few mods/plugins. You can install some mods that would be cool, but at least for me, I get quite laggy after installing a lot of mods. As a factions player, schematica and replay mod are really useful, and you can easily install those. LabyMod: I know most of MCC uses Laby, but I personally don't like it. It has horrible layout customization, half the plugins barely even work or are just unnecessary, and no FPS boost. The only thing it has going that other clients don't have is the Heart Tags. On a lot of servers, it's not even allowed, and not really a necessary thing. Badlion: Not a bad client, just not the best. It has almost everything Lunar has, just worse. It seems quite cluttered, I personally don't like the look of it. It has some things that other clients don't have such as replay mod, schematica, etc. Although they do have those few features other clients don't have, they suck. I would rather switch to forge for a few minutes. Lunar: Obviously the best client out there. It has the best FPS boost, better hit reg, free look, and much more. It also has a really nice layout and minimalistic look. It's super clean and smooth, and for PVP I would 100% use this over anything.
I personally play on Badlion Client because out of the 3 clients that I've tested out (BLC, Lunar and LabyMod) I feel like BLC gives me a better pvp experience. I'm also staff for Badlion so that's also something extra that I have to take in consideration. Before that, I would play on LabyMod all the time (since 2016), and I hadn't switched clients until last summer, which was when I tried new clients out.
Hey s0cial_! Personally, I have been using laby mod for quite a while now, and it hasn't let me down since then! It has all the features I need, it is really user-friendly and, most importantly, it has enabled me to gain some extra FPS which is always nice! I'm personally fond of Labymod. It has yet to fail me and I generally enjoy the amount of cosmetic options available. That being said, I have yet to try Badlion and from my minimal experience with Lunar, it simply hasn't presented me with anything that Labymod doesn't.
Heya! I've tried out so far Badlion, Labymod and Lunar, and out of these 3 Lunar client has been easy winner for me. Top 3 things why I use lunar, is FPS, autosprint and cosmetics. I also feel like this is the smoothest client for PVP! Also since I'm living in EU and used to having bad ping (around 180) having the highest FPS as possible is a good thing :D Lunar dances also got sum good moves!
I use Lunar too as badlion doesn’t compare to the fact that Lunar feels like 240hz on my crappy monitor.
