    Just bought emerald rank and a mythical key, after relogging, I received the rank, but I still have yet to get the key, im not sure if theres any way to fact check that I didnt get a key, but im hoping someone can help with this

    hey there!
    if you bought the key very recently (within the past half an hour) I'd suggest waiting a little while to receive it. After 20-30 minutes if you have still not received it, please have a look at this forum post and create a donation email. You will either get your money back, or the key will be given to you manually.

    no I have not, I emailed support but am still awaiting a response

    It takes a few days for support to email back regarding donation issues. There’s only one person who handles these emails and many people buy from buycraft. Nevertheless, I’d wait 5-7 days to hear a response back and if nothing has been solved either ask an admin for help or shoot another email.

    From what I can see, your key has now been processed.
    We were having a few issues yesterday with key purchases processing, however all were processed instantly once we resolved the issue.
