Hello, As you have seen in the title of this thread, its urgent. I have (well had) a Chest Shop at my 2nd plot (/p h Minnie) where players could sell their 3 plot perk. I went offline for a while and came back realizing i had 1.5mil missing. I went and checked my Chest Shop for the 3 plot perk someone must have sold me. I looked inside the chest but a 3 plot perk wasn't what i saw, it was a piece of paper. Right clicking on the paper did nothing. Either someone had sold me paper or the perk had lost its perk (if that makes sense). I used the /iteminfo code for the 3 plot perk ( paper:339#42 ) that the Moderator @Nikki_ gave me. The person who sold me the perk (or now paper) was @ChunkJunk. As soon as I asked him if he sold me a piece of paper he left. I really dont know what to do since i had JUST hit 2.5mil and 1.5mil is alot of money to lose. If it was 100k or something I would have let it go but I spent alot of time getting 1.5mil and I really need it back. Attached is a photo of the Chest Shop (it has now been destroyed so it cant happen again). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for reading Minnie [UPDATE] I checked the ID for the 3 plot perk with someone and it was completely different to the one @Nikki_ told me. I thought it would be the correct ID so i used it on my chest shop, but this error caused me to loose most of my money, 1.5mil. PS The item ID for the 3 plot perk is correct, and i typed it in correct, but that item ID on Chest Shops also accepts normal pieces of paper, so its a glitch with the Chest Shops, not to any fault of mine.
If it is a fault on the server, you can submit a bug report to get it directly sent to the people who deal with this stuff
You gotta wait then sadly. Only thing you might be able to do is ask Quality Assurance on discord to check it but that's just me
hey there, apologies I forgot to reply to this thread! I brought this up with markey this morning, I spoke directly to him regarding this. I did a little testing at my plot and what happened is normal paper can be sold to the chest with the perk id. even though paper does not have the #3y on the end of the id, that is what the issue is. the perk has not lost its function, someone just sold you paper which really sucks. another possibility for this happening is that each perk has a unique id, which would make the one I provided you with useless unless that one perk was the one being sold. I am not able to see whether this is correct or not as I don't have any perks to test this, however that could be the reason the item id of your other perk was completely different. once again, I apologise this happened to you. Hey Minnie, Unfortunately, as said above, each perk paper has its very own unique ID to prevent them from being stacked, so this isn't a glitch. However, Alex will indeed look into your situation and communicate to you through your pending bug report, so I will close this thread. Thread Locked
