Im not sure if this has been brought up yet, but I think adding speed effect in mines would be a good idea. Personally I think it feels better, as I will "beacon" my way from my plot to the mine and i have speed 2 for 8 seconds zooming around the mine. I know it will probably be disliked by a lot of people, but I think it would be a cool idea, where maybe you can /toggleminingspeed for mines and u can choose between normal speed, 1.5x speed, and 2x speed. Just an idea. Lmk what yall think :) -Myko
Could do that or even get more fancy, New upgrade for the pickaxe: "Speed Boost" Could make it perm speed or could make it like mcmmo where the more you use it every time the speed effect lasts a little longer.
I Personally don't like this idea. Think abt all the kids trying to mine and WHIIIIISH some speedy sweat steals all your ores.
I know, but the ores will be resetting at 50% anyways, so theres always at least 50% of the mine available to be mined
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed how good speed 2 is in prison mines. Hopefully this gets added! Great idea.
hey there, I like this idea, however I think that the speed custom enchant can suffice. I understand maybe you'd like to be fully ZOOMING around the mine, so perhaps ray's suggestion would be good, but personally I think having speed custom enchants on your boots are perfectly fine. This is just my opinion, but yeah I don't 100% disagree with the idea. -nik
The only problem with added speed 2 on boots is that it would work in pvp... And prison pvp is all based on not having speed. I mean added speed to prison pvp would be dope, I think a lot of the main prison PVPers would be against this, as they have been used to this “no speed” pvp for the past 8 seasons...
