    I'm not staff but I believe I know why. If you search this user's name on Punishment Search you'll see that they were muted for spam instead of racist remarks. This was their first chat offence and punishments are based on the severity and # of occurrences. If you feel that this user should still be punished, you can submit evidence of an offense here: https://mccentral.org/community/forums/reports/
