Hello All! Today's thread may have some different responses, as some people will benefit from it but some won't, but basically I think there should be a toggle for the rookie kit unpon respawn. So when a player is fighting with ranked armour, and they die, they automatically respawn with rookie kit, and most of the time don't end up using it. What I think should be a thing is that you could do /toggle kit and when you respawn you respawn naked, that way you don't have to waste time taking off gold armour and putting on kits, then can do /back or go to your deathpoint to continue fighting the person who killed you. Not sure if this makes sense but it would help some people like me who get killed a lot, and can even help get hackers banned because it would be quicker without having to get rid of kit gold to put on better armour. I have mixed opinions on this suggestion. I understand that it would be easier, for ranked players that have lots of high tier armor/kits, for convenience. Although, for rookie players it is just easier for them be given the kit upon respawn. I personally don’t see a point of this being implemented. If a player kills you, you respawn, quickly do /kit and put on the armor and then /back then most likely they will not get to keep most of your loot. I feel that the player that has executed you should get the chance to take the loot and put it in their echest or dispose of it. If you engage in a big fight. You want a reward and if you manage to win the fight in the end, then the armor you receive should be your ‘big’ reward. Implementing this suggestion will just put more work on the Quality Assurance team/Developers, which is currently not what they need as they are being pressured to quickly bring out an update for the anticheat. hiya PooPOo. i don’t think i quite understand your post and the whole point of adding this.. but if i were to guess (ples correct if i’m wrong): normally, jf a player is fighting with ranked armor and then they die they respawn with kit rookie. you want to add a “/toggle kit” to not have this happen no mo’. and then that way players can respawn with nothing... like most subservers when you die in pvp so... a few questions- >would this only apply to donators >why? // it doesn’t seem like too much of a hassle to just quickly throw out armor.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ok so if what i guessed/said above is what you’re saying... ima write some words... i really don’t see the point in this. throwing out some crappy armor doenst take that long.. but also at the same time i kinda like this idea of respawning naked. i’m not much of a kitpvp player but i think respawning with nothing is usually your best bet since you don’t have to worry about getting a kit and then actually not getting it becuase if pots... if i completely miss understood your entire thread... i don’t mind rewriting another response have a poo poo day ~poopoosauruS
Hey! I agree with you on this idea. I usually jump down in diamond armor and when I get killed and respawn, I always get kit rookie which I do not use. I feel as if there is no need for this. People who have rookie only rank could simply just use the ./Kit rookie command. I think that the kit that automatically gets in your inventory when you die should be removed entirely! Agreed!
Maybe a /ci command (ClearInventory) would be good so that as soon as you respawn you can type /ci and it will clear your inventory. And If you have been alive for over 30 seconds then you have to do /ci confirm. Incase you accidentally type it (while typing /cf or other) when you have all your god armor in your inventory. Maybe this is a compromise for this but I’m not too sure. Thank you and have a lovely day!
Hi all, Sorry if there is any confusion in this post. The idea I am trying to propose is that players who do not want to spawn with kit rookie should be able to disable spawning with it, and can turn it back on at any time. This way players like me who save all their kits in /chest /chest2 /etc and vaults, don’t need to worry about getting gold armour that will go to waste. Hopefully this makes more sense! Nikki ❤️
i mean.. i feel like this could possibly make things a bit harder to control and bugs can happen... but other than that i don’t see big harms in it +1
This would help some donators who are new to KitPvP but I don't think this would provide to the higher up players in KitPvP as they usually switch onto a P4 set to PvP. I still think that this would be quite a cool addition to add and something that MCC could do to better the KitPvP experience.
