Imagine. At the end of each month, there is a poll. A poll where people can vote for their favorite staff, but theres a twist. The least voted staff will be KICKED. If there are staff with the same amount of votes, a tiebreaker will be held by hosting ANOTHER poll. This is my idea, and you media team ppl should implement this. It'll really show who has an impact on the community. AND OF COURSE MY HOMIE REVERSE IS THE HOST!!!!!!!. -Thank you for your time. First of all, thank you for the shoutout <3 I think this could be a fun idea that builds community and recognizes staff members for their efforts, which sometimes go unnoticed. With a few minor edits and tweaks, I feel that this is a great idea! Okay so here's my thoughts on how you could improve this concept: -Delete the thread Hope this helps!

Anyways, to add on to my previous post, here are some pieces of legitimate feedback. -INFRACTIONS: I have always been a firm believer that staff infractions should be made public to keep us on our toes at all times. It's a good reminder to staff members that nobody is safe. I believe this can be incorporated as part of this show. Every month, as a nice intro to the more exciting events of the show, that month's infractions can be listed off as the entire community listens. Obviously, some light bullying may come from this, which I think is necessary as constructive feedback for staff members to improve. I personally grow a lot from some of the disrespectful comments players make towards me in-game, on Discord, etc. These messages remind me that there's always a way to do better, and players making fun of staff members for getting an infraction serves as a good reminder (and deterrent) to be the best we can. -EDATING: I also believe that all forms of "e-dating" should be banned within the staff team. On the show, the biggest drama revolving around who's gotten together, who's broken up, who's fighting, etc. can all be spilled, TMZ style. I personally think it would be awesome if this was hosted in a Discord VC, and then two staff members who have recently broken up are unmuted and given 5 minutes to argue publicly in the channel. At the end of this, the audience (community members) would vote on who you think won the argument. This could also double as a rap battle. -DEMOTE OF THE MONTH: It would be really cool if the Staff of the Month was announced live in the channel for everyone to celebrate. Along with this, however, the worst performing staff member should also be on the block for Demote of the Month. This staff either has the choice of accepting their demotion, or performing some type of funny task/dare. This task could be an idea that comes from the community and the staff member needs to do it to avoid demotion. -COMMUNITY PROGRAMMING: This idea lends itself well to a bunch of cool other events throughout the month, leading up to and finally culminating in the monthly episode at the end. For example, a check-in with the community in the middle of the month where players predict who will get demoted and provide their reasoning why. Maybe if a player gets their prediction correct 3 months in a row, they win an ancient key or something. There could also be like an "e-beef tracker" where community members capture evidence of shady e-dating drama like staff members not being in VC together anymore, not reacting to each other's messages, arguing in #general, etc. Let me know what you think of these ideas!
