I know the server has been running on 1.15.2 but I'm just wondering if they have updated it to 1.16 yet. Please lmk because I still cant connect to the server. Hope everyone has/had a great day!
The server now support versions 1.8-1.16.?. I know that Survival and Creative backends are 1.12.2, whilst the rest of the servers backends are 1.8.8. You should be able to join on 1.16, but there may be a few problems with 1.16. that haven't been investigated yet. I can join just fine on 1.16, and it shouldn't be a problem for you. I would recommend trying to direct connect to mccentral.net on the Minecraft multiplayer menu, if that doesn't work, please leave the error message here by posting a screenshot.
Hey! Thanks sm I tried again and here is the screenshot: IMG_7647.jpg This is after trying to log into MCC multiple times with the update 1.16.1 and after re-starting my computer many times.
Thanks for reading my message though :> They came out with 1.16 support not too long ago, so I'd give it a few days/week before you play officially on 1.16. To avoid being kicked from games (if your going to play minigames on MCC) I'd use 1.12.2 for now. But my answer still stands, yes, you can join using 1.16.1 as of now.
