I would for sure agree with this, I think that there isn't enough perks to obtain from crates, this would encourage players to vote more and donate more so they can receive these rewards and perks. That's all I have to say. Have a Great Day!

I like the idea of new perks but eventually, KitPvP is going to reset and we're going to potentially see many new features. It is also better overall for everyone to leave coinflipping at 50/50. Overall I hope to see some newer perks and features in the future.
I feel like what your getting at is a very good idea but it would need some work. For example, the entire reason p5 sets are so rare is that you have to individually get pieces from keys and having the ability to get an entire set from just 1 key is not what they are looking for. Possibly make it 2 pieces per key?
Keep in mind how rare perk papers are, u might spend 50$ or more to get one. Also @UnlimitedHealthni changed that kit perk paper to be from event treasure.
I like the idea but I am not sure if that will help out the newer players. This idea is like adding more op stuff to the server so that no ones like the newbies would play on it. KitPvP is already hard for newer players to grind out good Armour to jump down and PvP. Adding such op stuff and make it more pay to win ain't going to help it. The koth key shouldn't have op stuff in it as you just get your squad on and slaughter everyone that tries to capture so it is already unfair for the players. If there were perks in the keys, the whole thing would be pay to win and I think no one likes that. I think it is good right now, no extra perks but I think changing the Iron kit would be great.
I Like the idea of more kits bc the one's right now are in low supply but super high demand so more kits would be very nice
Great suggestions, however some of them might need A little re-tweaking and changing, but overall nice suggestions. One thing I found that would need a little changing is the 64 grapples every 3 months. That’s a long time to wait and plus voting gives you 1 for every vote. What if you changed it so you got 5 or 6 gapples from voting for all 4 links instead of the regular 4? That’s just my suggestion. -Have a good rest of your day/night
