Lost everything to a hacker, reported said hacker, hacker is now banned. Have full list of items lost, mods told me only an admin could give me stuff back. I had to log cause there were two hackers and i was trying to plug my mic in on discord, you can see in the first few seconds everything in my inventroy. If this isnt enough proof then i dont know what is. I JUST WANT MY 400K HARVEST HOE BACK FOR GODS SAKE edit: i was given my stuff back
Hey there! The Staff Team doesn’t give your items back if you lose them to a Hacker of if you die with them, even if you provide a video like this one. There’s nothing they can do since they don’t refund or replace items for cases like this one.

No help? I have video proof of everything I lost to hackers, AND the hackers have been banned! Does mcc not care at all? What more do you want from me? Should I break into the guys house and download his hard drive for more proof that he was hacking? I dont know what else I can do, I held up my end of the bargain by recording hackers and reporting hackers. Any competent admin or staff team would help the disenfranchised i.e MEEEEEEEEEE. Just give me my pixles back, I spent 6 hours grinding for the harvest hoe only to lose it to some script kiddies with hacks. And even when I have proof of them hacking you cant help me at all?
Hey, I would still recommend talking to a Mod or Admin to see if they can do anything about the lost items and hopefully you can sort something out. The reason that staff do not give the stuff back to players when they are scammed/hacked on, is because many players could simply just get their friend to create a different account and hack/scam on it just to get all your stuff. Then they could simply hide it in a chest and once you report it and they are punished, you would get all your stuff spawned back in. You would have your stuff that was stored in a chest too, so you would technically be multiplying your exact loot by times two. This would be a very sinister thing to do but I could see many players abusing this. And it would destroy the economy if this is how things worked. Thank you, -ImConcerned
Unfortunately we do not give items back if you die to a hacker. You will just have to report them on the forums and they will get banned that way. We do not compensate for items lost from hackers and never have.
Celestes' and other posts above have explained why we do not give items back--if a cheater cheats on you and you die, etc--perfectly. QUESTION ANSWERED || THREAD LOCKED
