You can ask the staff member who banned you on discord why they banned you or send an appeal. Think back to if you have ever used a public alt or given your account login to anyone. If you used a public alt, someone else could later use it and hack, and if the alt gets ip banned, you would get ip banned along with it, since it would have been tied to your ip. It could also be if a family member, for example, mute evaded or ban evaded, resulting in an ip ban.
