hey! i don’t think that you can craft chain armor while you are in survival. if you are playing in minigames, you can get it inside of chests. if you are in a sub server that is survival mode, then you can probably either get it from trades or possibly using a voting key or mythical key. hope i could help!
Hello, In order to get chainmail, you need villagers. You can get villagers by placing down a Zombie spawner and hoping a Zombie Villager will spawn. Once a Zombie Villager has been spawned, you need to throw a Splash Potion of Weakness on the Zombie Villager and then right click it with a golden apple. To get the villager that sells Chainmail, you need the Blacksmith villager I think, this is all based on luck though, because the Zombie Villager can transform in any kind of villager. Once you got the Blacksmith villager, you can buy Chainmail sets off of them. You need 34 emeralds in order to buy a whole set and I think from the moment you get one, you can buy as many sets as you want/need, although they can sometimes revoke your possibility to buy sets.
