A couple hours ago around 10 or more people where disconnected from the sever while playing kitpvp, this happened just after KOTH and i was still in pvp so i lost everything i had on me which at the time was full mythical set, sharp 6 sword, punch 3 bow and almost a stack of gaps. This disconnection was not due to my internet as it was completely stable but was the sever as lots of people where disconnected at the same time. This is the second time this new season that i have been in pvp and have been disconnected alongside multiple players, both times have been in prot 5 s6 punch 3 sets. The first time i was annoyed but didn't write anything but now where it is my only set once again and the severs fault i am extremely annoyed to the point i am about to quit the sever after buying legend rank and spending a considerable amount on keys and voting almost everyday. Hey Sebstickle, I'm really sorry this happened to you and I know how annoying it could be to spend heaps of money on a server to lose it to a disconnection that is a servers fault. I personally think they should 100% give you your stuff back if there is any way they could look at the history of your inventory and the reasons you've been disconnected. Although if there is no way they can do this they wouldn't be able to guarantee that you are telling the truth about your gear. To be honest I'm not sure if even if you gave proof they would be able to refund items. Once again I'm sorry this happened and I really hope you can get your gear back. Hopefully someone else can explain the rules around what staff can refund. Have a good day :)
Hello! Would you happen to have any video evidence, or anybody else who experienced it, of you being disconnected from the server? So that way the Admin Team could check it out? Make sure to provide the error, video evidence etc if you have and they could check if it was on their end. I find it hard for them to give the stuff back to all players, but at least they could fix the problem so it won't happen again.
Unfortunately, I wasn't recording anything at the time so I have no evidence of it other than other players on at the time who also experienced the disconnection.
