I have been muted while saying to a friend to invite me but i spam like 10 message because he was doing a giveway so i wanted to be in so i /msg (myfriend) how can your modo muted me 4 DAYS for flood chat when i was msg a guy and i was not spamming a lot like 10 message and he is my friend so its nothing against him WHYYYYY??????
Hello! If you feel like your mute was unjustified, feel free to appeal here. Otherwise, you may contact me or another staff on discord to find out the reason for your mute. My discord is mabel#3523, and you can contact other staff through the MCC Discord. In addition, it seems that you chose to spam, which is a punishable offense. If you spammed your friend more than 5 messages in a short duration of time, that would be considered chat flood. Staff also do not choose how long your punishment is, our system automatically decides based off how many punishments you have had for that specific severity.
