Does SG need a major update?

Nope, alex disbanded the build team a while ago. Now they just hire external build teams to make maps for them. Helps get things done in a more timely fashion when it's being done by a professional, well-established source.

 

Yeah, in the revamp, I would like to see some kind of slots machine thing where if you open a chest, theres a chance a GUI menu will open up and if you solve a puzzle type thing, you get like an upgraded armor piece of something. It'd be kind of neat but who knows, maybe it will be added?!

 

No offence, but have you ever actually played SG? Being in a chest is one of your most vulnerable moments. Imagine that but being stuck in the chest while you watch a slot machine or solve a puzzle.

I agree that survival games is becoming more boring especially in the lobby, I feel that they should add more lobbies as well as maps, because sometimes one can be waiting for the game to start in the lobby doing the same parkour for 5 minutes is getting very boring. But the production team have been promising for a minigame revamp to be arriving soon and sometimes it just takes some time for these things to come as they take up a lot of work and effort.

But I am positive that all the minigames will be improved soon enough.

I know I would personally love to see some new maps come into the pool. Nothing is more fun in SG than getting to explore peoples creations and nothing is more fun as a mapmaker than seeing people enjoy and explore what you've made =D

 

Idk if anyone said this already (too lazy to read everything) but it would be nice if there was a teams mode instead of just one mode. Teaming is really unfair, if you’re solo, but it can be really fun if you’re playing with friends or trying to make new friends.

 

There used to be a teams mode, but it was even more dead than solo SG, and games rarely started. Which led to groups of friends still teaming in the solo games, and getting banned. So it ended up being removed.
