Plot Flying Issues for Other Players?

    I recently had a number of other players on one of my plots, but some of them couldn't fly for some reason? Others were fine but at least 6 players were stuck in survival mode on my plot, and able to take fall damage. Is there something I can do to fix this on my plot or might it be an issue on their end?

    I know this is a seemingly silly question, but did they try to manually /fly? Sometimes it doesn't autoactivate and you can do /fly a couple of times and it works. Just checking =)
