Okay, since my appeal got denied I guess I can say some more things. 3 days after the mute, I still don’t know what I did! Why? Because there was no warning from anyone! Don’t tell me there is some warning system because in my case all I was introduced with first was a mute. Added on to that, a 4 day mute? A warning would’ve been enough, but no, there isn’t one. Sorry if this post sounds salty, because I am really salty. Literally so frustrated when there are so many kids out here talking trash.

    Hey Trogs!
Some punishment offense such as mutes don't require a warning at all! You must've been muted for one of those reason, you can see those reasons here!
    Link to Rules: [Here]

If you do not know your reason why you got muted, it should say it when you try to talk in chat and you can look at the rules and find what you did wrong!

If other people are talking "trash" then you can type this command to help get them punished!
    Command: /chatreport (player) (reason)

If you appeal got denied then that means that you weren't thorough enough or you weren't sincere with your appeal! Next time try to be more careful with your word choice and be thorough and to the point!

    I hope this helps!

Yeah! So why should know your offense after the mute? That’s the highlight of my complaint. I’m asking for a change, not a preview of what the rules are. Plenty of muted can be avoided if you just tell the person directly. Apparently my mod was there, so instead of telling me to stop, how about just give me a severity 2 mute. This makes no sense to me.

    Hey Trogs!
Severity 2 mutes are different than a Severity 1 mute, Severity 1 mutes they can tell you directly but if it is a Severity 2 mute it is on a different level. On Severity 2 mutes they do not have to warn you about it as it is mentioned in the rules. Please look over them and it should show you an example and the definition of the rule broken. If it says "Warning Required" then the staff member must warn before muting. On Severity 2 mutes they do not have that option so it is a complete mute.

    I hope this helps!

    Hey!

The rules are based on common sense. If you see a person discriminating or death-threatening, do you think a mere warning would suffice? As said above my ObjectiveArcade, we warn on specific occasions were a warning may be better to be issued than a mute. We are not required to ensure that everybody has read the rules; you are required to read them yourself and you are responsible for what you do afterwards. Rules have been implemented for a reason, and there are times were a mere warning isn't enough for what the other player has said. There are times were we need to take more drastic and extreme actions in response to the severity of the actions caused by the player. If you believe that you can provide us with an idea on how we should change this, then feel free to do so in Server Suggestions. Complaining in here won't resolve a thing.
