I am currently bedrock rank. I want to upgrade to Immortal during the 40% off sale but the website keeps telling me I dont currently have bedrock rank so it wont let me purchase. Please help

I didnt purchase it. It wont let me purchase it. I currently have Bedrock rank and I am trying to upgrade from bedrock to Immortal. I put in my username when it asks me to on the store page and then click that I want to go from bedrock to Immortal and it says "You do not have the required rank to do this" or something like that

This is a common issue. Not sure why it happens (refunding possibly), however, it can be easily resolved with simple instructions provided above.
