Please help, I’ve been false banned. Perm ip banned. My first ban was on my alt for “refusal to ss” when the mod wasn’t even in the chat and the discord said “you’re alone in this call would you like to start it?” Of course I couldn’t start it because how can you start it when you have no perms. I’ve been false permanently banned on my alt. A week later I was playing normally on my main account. I was very frustrated at this guy so I threatened to Ddos. Obviously I never ddos or even know how to ddos. I believe this is the only punishment I should face. Could someone please help because I do not want to wait 6 months to try get unbanned
Hi! You can always appeal here; however, I believe there may be a time limit before you can do so. Threatening to DDoS is still a rule; quoting, "Joking about this topic is not tolerated! Even threats made as a joke can lead to a punishment!" Also, I suggest joining the MCC Discord to contact a higher up about your ban(s). I hope this helps!! Fable.
Hey SmileyRiley_373, if you believe your ban was unjustified you can appeal. You can appeal at https://mccentral.org/community/forums/appeals/. However, since you are IP banned you have to wait 6 months until you are able to appeal. Also, it seems that you were ban for refusing to screen share which is breaking the rules. Also threating to DDos is against the rules that is why you are banned. Joking to DDos is not a thing to joke around about as FableKing mentioned. Hi I forgot to mention I have already appealed and been denied a few times. I accept the punishment for threatening to ddos, but I do not for refusal to ss because I never refused. I still think this is very unfair

Hey! When you are frozen, the instructions clearly state to join the "Waiting Room" in https://discord.gg/Swu5Fe2 I don't understand where you got starting a call from? Anyways, the ban for Refusal to SS is still fair because you did not join properly within 5 minutes. In order to not wait the 6 months, one of the 2 punishments has to be marked "false" but looking at it right now, both punishments are justified; you will have to wait out the 6 months. - Locked
