So last season i prison i bought a bunch of boosters and keys and yesterday i was unbanned and now i dont have them in prison. Is this a consequence of getting banned or can i recover my purchases?
No, you don't lose all of your purchases, there was just a recent reset. Not sure how long ago you've been banned but, if you have been banned within the past 2 weeks I would probably talk to a higher up staff member.
i was told that boosters and keys and such transfer through seasons so i should have them in this reset right?
More than likely this is the case. If you do not see any of your purchases (in this case; keys/boosters) with "/keys" & "/boosters", then you've either already used them or refunded them. Like mentioned, you can speak with an Administrator in the Community Discord for further assistance. As well, if this is a purchase issue, you can send a donation issue email to "[email protected]". You can check a few things before doing so to ensure that you have/haven't bought any of your keys or boosters. - PayPal/Debit Card Purchase History - Email Receipt Additionally, If you had any keys that were from Events; "Event Keys", then those do not transfer over resets. As well, you can only use boosters once and not multiple times if you have. Being banned does NOT remove any of your keys/boosters just for clarification. I'd also like to mention if another user bought them for you and refunded, they'll be banned but the keys/boosters would be removed from your account.
