      They don't decides how long your mute is going to be, its the system. If you break the same ruler over and over the punishment would last longer. So if you break this rule again your mute wont' be 4 days but 5 days.

      If the person who made the report doesn't give permission for staff to give evidence to you, we are not allowed to. Additionally I cannot unban you, as you would need to appeal to benz since he is the one who banned you.
